A man is behind bars after he was accused of exposing him to a teenage girl at a park in Vero Beach. According to the Vero Beach Police Department, the incident happened on Jan. 10 at South Beach Park near a Pavilion. On Tuesday, a 911 caller explained to Hillsborough County dispatch that he was at a U-Haul dealership where he explained he heard some talking and believed that someone was in the back of a U-Haul.
