I don't have any specific statistics but there's probably a certain number of accidents that have happened near campfires when pieces of clothing have caught on fire. Campers may have fallen asleep near the campfire and they end up burning their clothes or even some parts of their bodies because most of what they're wearing are probably not fire proof or resistant.

Most children have probably built a fort or hut or shelter in their living bedroom or bedroom and engaged in playful shenanigans inside and around it. Most of the time though it's just several pillows and bedsheets propped up by chairs and tables and we have to dismantle them when the adults say we need to clean up the room. What if there was a more permanent kind that kids can keep and stay in whenever they want?

Any bookworm worth their…well, book…has probably experienced this at one point or another, probably when they were kids. Your parents or guardians have turned the lights off because it's bedtime already. But you know you can't put your book down because you can't wait until morning to find out what happened. So you dive under the covers and use a flashlight to continue reading until the wee hours of the morning. Of course that doesn't do wonders for your eyesight, but what's a bookworm to do?

There are some kinds of furniture that I don't really pay much attention to their design. Since I have a limited space (and a lot of stuff), my preference for them is more functional than aesthetic. Side tables are one kind of home furniture that are like that for me, although there are several designs there that do catch my attention, even if I probably won't actually buy them.

Ever since I discovered the joys of bean bags, I automatically sit on one whenever I see one at a coffee shop, library, or at my friend's house. There's something really comfortable about sinking in almost to the floor on these mostly comfortable chair alternatives instead of sitting on a chair or couch. There are times when I can actually sleep in those things, although it's not good for the back or neck afterwards. I sometimes want to take a peek inside though as to what are the materials there inside.

Most of the time when we see characters on TV shows and movies wearing tinfoil hats and covering the room in tinfoil as well, we laugh at them and think they're just paranoid, conspiracy theorists. But with what we've been experiencing lately when it comes to privacy, security, and even the effect of technology on our health, we can't help but think they may have a point. We won't go so far as to actually covering our whole house in tinfoil, but there are some products now being created to help protect people to a certain degree.

I am an avid coffee drinker but sometimes, having too much in one day affects my sleep cycle. So one of my challenges for myself this 2025 is to replace some of my coffee with tea. I prefer the loose leaf tea for the most natural way of drinking it but oftentimes, I use tea bags. These tea bags are mostly paper and chemical based and they are the most common available in the market. Luckily, there are some brands and product designers that are looking into more sustainable ways of packaging these tea leaves while retaining and even enhancing the flavor of the actual tea.

When sitting on a regular chair, I am probably the most uncomfortable when I’m on a regular sitting posture, with feet on the ground and back against the chair. Well, since I am also vertically challenged, there are times when my feet don’t even reach the floor when I’m sitting upright. So my favorite positions are always leg crossed over the other, leg under the other leg, or crossed legs like you’re about to do yoga. However, not all chairs are built to accommodate other positions other than the knees straight back upright kind of sitting.

I am one of those people who has too many ballpens even though I don’t use them all. I also have a lot of unsharpened pencils which are more for display since I don’t want to actually use them. My stationery addict logic is that if I use these pencils, they will not last forever and I will lose their decorative aspect eventually. But this concept for a reimagined pencil just might be a tool that I can actually use since it can last longer.
