Today, the Pac-12 or Pac-2 as currently constructed made massive news adding Boise State, San Diego state, Colorado State, and Fresno State as they rebuild their conference. The Pac 6 or the 6 Pac whichever you'd like to call it will need to get to at least eight teams while we can expect that they'll pursue a few more. If the Pac-12 can't find any team's to fill these vacancies, they should ask SEC fans for help as the fans would happily send these five programs out West.

The Houston Texans improved to 2-0 to begin the season with a win against the Chicago Bears by a score of 19-13.

The Cleveland Browns finally checked into the 2024 season today with a sloppy 18-13 win in Jacksonville over the Jaguars.

The Indianapolis Colts have announced they are sitting QB Anthony Richardson and turning to veteran Joe Flacco to start this week against the Minnesota Vikings. His stats haven’t been great and he tapped out of last week’s game against the Houston Texans claiming he was “tired.” Doug can only agree with decision because he has seen Richardson play in person and doesn’t think he has the skill set to be an NFL QB, much less a starter.

The Houston Texans lost to the Detroit Lions Sunday night thanks to a last second field goal. The Texans defense had five interceptions and a forced fumble, however, the offense gave up four sacks and C.J. Stroud threw two interceptions in the 26-23 loss. The Texans did not score in the second half and their record drops to 6-4. They next play the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football which marks their third prime time game in a row. The Texans beat the Miami Dolphins by a score of 20-12 on Sunday afternoon. Nico Collins propelled the offense by catching two touchdowns and Derrick Stingley, Jr. intercepted two passes to secure a win. This was the first game of three scheduled in 11 days.
