It's cooler because of the cloud cover and occasional scattered shower or thunderstorm, lingering into the early morning hours.

Isolated storm chances back off later in the day with some hazy sunshine. High temps may yield to smoke, but it looks like the lower 90s are set for the afternoon in the valley.

Sunny with patchy smoke and high of 94 today. We have chances of isolated storms into the late afternoon and before midnight. Winds SW 5-15 with a low of 57, so cooler in the mornings.

Lows in the 60s and very dry air/low humidity. Fire danger probably continues with storm potential for later today.

First Alert Weather days today and tomorrow with highs for the valley edging to 100 for many. Less of a threat of isolated thunderstorms with drier air moving in.

A ridge of high pressure will build in the west coast and be over Idaho by Friday with more hot temps returning. A few degrees warmer today than yesterday around here. High will flatten into first of next week, and take temps down to the 90s, after flirting with the century mark by end of
