Olivia is a smart, fun-loving girl that will need a strong leader. She came into the shelter as a stray in September 2023 and is one of our long term residents. Olivia is a lab/terrier mix who is about two years old. Olivia knows to sit, shake, and sometimes down. She is an active, playful, sometimes stubborn girl. She is motivated and wants to please, but wants to do what she wants sometimes. Olivia loves to go to the play yard and run! Due to her energy, an age restriction for children in the home may apply, please discuss this with shelter staff. Olivia does have a high chase drive and does not seem to care for the company of other dogs, so being the only pet in the home may be best for Olivia. A fenced in yard is highly recommended for Olivia. Do you have the right place for this cute girl? Odin is dog selective and will chase cats, so it would be best if Odin was the only pet in the home. Odin is a big baby who is 5 years old and loves getting scratches. He is content on the couch with you or going for a walk. Odin may be too much for small children so an age restriction for children in the home may apply. Odin would love to find his loving forever home soon! He did test positive for Lyme disease and after showing symptoms has been treated for it. Maggie was surrendered to the shelter because she kept running off. Her previous owners had an in-ground fence system, but Maggie would just ignore the boundary lines and the collar. Maggie is a 1-year-old redbone coonhound and will need someone with hound experience who understands that once a hound gets a scent, they will follow it no matter what. A fenced yard with supervision or leash walking would be best for this sweet girl. Maggie loves attention and enjoys being with you!
