The Lower Elkhorn Natural Resources District Board of Directors met on Thursday night for its regularly scheduled subcommittee meeting. Twelve directors were present with members Chad Korth, Kris Loberg and Mark Hall having excused absences. Several NRD staff members were also present along with fewer than five members of the public.
