Hot Springs residents vow to rebuild

HOT SPRINGS, N.C. (FOX Carolina) - The town of Hot Springs is about an hour north of Asheville and this time of year it is usually filled with hikers. The trail comes right through the town. But instead of hikers the town is now filled with workers who are trying their best to rebuild after Helene. When the storm hit the flood waters destroyed most businesses and homes downtown.
