QUAD CITIES, IA/Ill. (KWQC) — After anther chilly morning a warming trend will begin today. Highs will reach the mid 30s this afternoon under mostly sunny skies. SW winds will continue overnight leading to lows in the mid 20s. The weekend is looking great with lots of sunshine each day and highs in the 40s and 50s! Stating Sunday night a chance for rain returns with areas south of I-80 favored. While temps will cool down behind this system, there is no arctic air on the way so highs will drop back to the mid and upper 30s by Tuesday.
