The governing body of Princeton will hold its annual reorganization meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7 in the main meeting room at the municipal complex at 400 Witherspoon Street. The meeting will also be live-streamed via Zoom.

Michael LaSusa has served as the superintendent of the School District of the Chathams in Morris County for 13 years. He will begin his new job as the head of the Princeton Public Schools in the summer.

The board of education for the Princeton Public Schools is slated to appoint a new superintendent Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at the Valley Road Administration Building. The meeting is open to the public.

A volunteer information session will be held from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25, at Calvary Baptist Church in Hopewell Borough.

The school board for the Princeton Public Schools held its annual reorganization meeting Tuesday evening, swearing in incumbent Mara Franceschi and newcomers Ari Meisel and Christopher Santarpio for three-year terms. The 10-member board also welcomed new Cranbury representative Katherine Lara.

Trenton Water Works officials are asking customers to use water only for essential purposes or emergencies.
