Nearly 68,000 New Mexicans have enrolled in individual health insurance plans for 2025, outpacing last year's figures by over 10,000.

Her service is marked by a focus on work in Indigenous communities and a search for balance between conservation and extraction on public lands.

"We want to make sure that people understand their rights, and one of the best ways to do that is through workshops in our communities," said organizer Marcela Díaz.
