Saratoga Springs identify four people in alleged theft of $180K watch at Saratoga Race Course Saratoga Springs Police have identified four people in connection with the theft of a $180,000 watch from person attending the June's Belmont Stakes in Saratoga Springs. The victim told police that they were in the clubhouse area of Saratoga Race Course on June 8, when they were distracted by several suspects. They spent the last six months pursuing leads and identifying additional suspects. Warrants have been issued from the following people: Fabio Sleigt Mancera Mayorga, 35, St. Louis, Missouri; Marco Antonio Bolivar Galvis, 35, St. Louis, Missouri; Johan Stuwar Hernandez Castillo, 25, California; Laura Camila Vargas Reyes, 24, California; Police said Castillo and Reyes were recently arrested in Las Vegas for their alleged involvement in a similar incident.
