Cambridge, OH- The Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office said they’ve made an arrest in connection to a sexual assault investigation. Sheriff Jeffrey Paden said in the early morning hours of December 31, detectives from the sheriff’s office executed a search warrant in Old Washington.
