When Chef Prasad Chirnomula broke it to his Indian parents some 40 years ago that he wasn't going to be a medical doctor like many of his relatives, they were disappointed.

The Connecticut "restaurant has been discovered… by foodies and by all who now espouse the important Mediterranean Diet," he said a regular customer.

"I believe in the power of the people and their right for redressive grievances at the local level," a Connecticut organizer said.

The chef describes it as an elevated dining experience of Contemporary American food, with a look that’s industrial sheik with lots of brass, gold and black steel.

“We try to make people happy,” the entrepreneur said. “I just think food from home makes it more powerful.”

Then there's the atmosphere – often filled with live music, low lights, vibrant colors, and custom designed space in a destination Connecticut town.

The owner said this change means she can cater to all food lovers from across Connecticut, "ensuring everyone can enjoy flavorful, fulfilling meals made with the same passion and care that defines everything we do."
