Peter: The 361 Ventus 2 is positioned as a neutral long-distance trainer for “long miles without slowing down”. The Ventus 2 is a bit lighter than the Eleos-2, slightly ower stack and higher drop and combines two foams for what 361 promises is a cushioned and dynamic ride. The Ventus 2 and the Eleos are not wildly different shoes, but I think the Ventus 2 makes enough improvements to make it the best daily trainer that 361 has made.
