CINCINNATI — Rain turns to snow early Thursday morning, and again this afternoon. Better chances for it to stick to raised surfaces after sunset, with most areas seeing up to an inch.
On the backside of Thursday's system we'll stay locked in with clouds all day and the chance for a round of scattered passing showers around midday into the afternoon.
