The memo, wrongly dated from the year 1925 stated: “On, 01/01/2025, John TOBIA presented himself to Melbourne Hospital as an EMT student who was here to complete his clinical requirements. He was allowed entry and stayed within the property for over 24 hours. His paperwork was signed, and he left. On 01/08/2025, He bypassed security by entering the ER by presenting himself as one of our Physician's interns. None of his representations were true and he fraudulently entered the facility on both occasions. He left the premises before the fraud was detected. He made statements of continuing his work on additional Orlando Health properties. This subject should be trespassed if he again enters Orlando Health property.”
