Rio Linda residents express unease after a man was arrested in relation to a shooting and attempted kidnapping.

"We're still sick and tired of being sick and tired. We are still upset that officers who murder our loved ones are still in the streets," said Stevante Clark.

Sacramento community groups criticize ICE agents for arresting non-criminal immigrants at court hearings.

"The cops are handcuffed, the DAs are handcuffed, the courts are handcuffed, and it's because of this law," said Sgt. Amar Gandhi.

"They're destroying those families and just calling out the National Guard is not going to solve anything," said Christina Alvarez.

"When they are stripped of constitutional rights of due process, it should be alarming to everybody," said Thomas Baker.

"We've been sounding this alarm for a long time, right? But folks are using this moment to gain more followers and clicks," said Giselle Garcia.

"If this is something serious and they're going to help workers, there needs to be a way they can offer some type of a more formal approach," said Luis Magana.
