The Harris family say that their school’s student handbook does not detail any specific policy on AI use, and it is therefore unfair to punish their son for using AI tools.

“Let’s remember, this is the same individual who took out a full-page ad in The New York Times calling for the execution of five young Black and Latino boys who were innocent, the Central Park Five,” the lawsuit alleges. “[Trump] took out a full-page ad calling for their execution.”

“Our client […] has demonstrated enormous courage in filing her lawsuit against a famous director,” said lawyer Gloria Allred, who represented Doe throughout proceedings. “Although the defendant has appeared to return to business as usual in his life, our client has not been able to return to business as usual.”

“Michael Cohen has exhausted every avenue of his pathetic attempt to drag my client into court time and time again,” Trump attorney Alina Habba said. “As expected, the Supreme Court has correctly denied Michael Cohen’s petition and he must finally abandon his frivolous and desperate claims.”

A Massachusetts judge will let the commonwealth continue to litigate claims against Meta, the owner of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

“Upon information and belief, [Paramount Global] also transmits its subscribers’ Personal Viewing Information to Facebook, TikTok and additional unauthorized third parties—including Google and Twitter—through other tracking technologies installed on its Website and apps,” the lawsuit alleges.

“Porter Equipment Holding, the owner of the helicopter, knew that the helicopter was being used for nighttime tours, and it is unclear if it had the proper detection equipment on the helicopter,” attorneys for the families said.
