Before April 2024, if you'd heard the name Jessica Gunning, you may have said, "Jessica who?"

When most people think of Jay-Z, they think of, well, Beyoncé first and foremost, but they then think of his chart-topping hits and, lastly, his blinding watch collection. The man is not just a fan of watches; he’s a collector of some of the most expensive and complicated timepieces in existence that are quite literally worth more than all of our houses, cars, and dogs collectively.

While Millennials are still smearing avocado on toast, tearing up at grocery prices, and moving back in with their parents, Gen Z has quietly been purchasing luxury watches, and their purchasing power will have you absolutely fainting. As if they don’t make Millennials feel old enough already, this younger generation doesn’t just go out and buy a new watch; they check out TikTok for inspiration and wear their timepieces as a total status symbol.

Some men prefer a super formal watch to pair with their work suits, like a Rolex or Patek Philippe; some prefer ostentatious, showy pieces like a Richard Mille or Audemars Piguet; and there are those who love a rugged feel to their timepieces.

Silver rings for men have always felt like some kind of relic from rebellious ’90s rock icons like Steven Tyler, or even early-aughts singers like Chad Kroeger (regardless of where you fall on the “Is Nickelback a good band?” question.) Either that or they usually appear as simple engagement rings under a quick Google search. But, silver rings for men have made a comeback, and they’re now seen as the ultimate mark of “fashun.” From simple, minimalist designs to intricately carved pieces, there is a silver ring to suit every man’s taste these days, whether you just want to add a high-end vibe to your outfit or actually draw attention with an eyebrow-raising accessory.

In its heyday, the TAG Heuer Formula 1 collection was a sensation, with the ’80s and ’90s seeing commercial success with over 20 vibrant colors.
