Jimmy “Jim” Kay Kemplin, 76, of Russell Springs, entered eternal rest on Saturday, December 21, 2024. Born on January 25, 1948, in Kona, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Raleigh Kemplin and Allie (Ison) Presnell. Jim was a member of Grace Family Fellowship and a skilled journeyman carpenter who spent over 60 years mastering his craft.
