The Texans will have to try and figure a way to slow the Ravens rush attack, led by quarterback Lamar Jackson, the odds-on favorite for league MVP, and running back Gus Edwards.

Stroud was sacked five times in that week one loss. The Ravens showed him multiple looks and different pressures, bringing at least five guys twice, six defenders just once and forcing Stroud outside of the pocket on multiple occasions.

The Texans offensive line was no match for the Ravens defensive line. The pressure generated on Stroud was overwhelming and very similar to what the Ravens dialed up in their week one 25-9 victory over the Texans.

With a total of 36 free agents and at least two coaches drawing serious interest in elevated roles elsewhere, the Texans are likely going to churn the roster even more this offseason.

This isn’t your same old Texans. With a ninth consecutive divisional road win and a third straight victory in Indianapolis, the Texans have officially turned the page and have shown they are indeed the hunted within the AFC South.

Not only did the Texans win at Foxboro for the first time in the 23-year history of the franchise, but they showed that successfully running the football might just be something else in their arsenal after all.

The Texans (6-2) found a way to pull out another close game against the Colts while once again leaning on the defense to keep the proverbial door shut.

The fact that the New York Jets (3-6) ended up covering the spread has got to have Houston Texans fans at the very least, beside themselves.
