FSG Nobiskrug has announced that they have received several offers from potential investors, following its applications for insolvency in December 2024. Applications for insolvency were filed for Nobiskrug in Rendsburg and FSG (Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft) in Flensburg, both owned by Lars Windhorst's Tennor Group. The companies affected included FSG-Nobiskrug Holding GmbH, Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft mbH, Nobiskrug Yachts GmbH and FSG Nobiskrug Design GmbH. Read: Nobiskrug and FSG search for investors amid insolvencyThe district courts of Flensburg and Neumünster appointed lawyers Christoph Morgen and Hendrik Gittermann as provisional insolvency administrators, with the duo confirming that several offers have been received from potential industry investors in Germany. “Negotiations with interested parties are well advanced, both for the Rendsburg and Flensburg sites,” said Gittermann. However, he cautioned that a complete and immediate resumption of production at the beginning of February under new management is unlikely, as maintenance work, TÜV inspections and insurance coverage, must be addressed before operations can fully restart.The
