Tom DiVecchio Updated We end July on a sunny and warm note as temperatures get well into the 80s with a little more humidity.

Dry conditions are expected through at least the first half of Saturday. Starting Saturday afternoon and continuing through much of next week, the weather gets rather unsettled. While it won’t be raining all the time every day, multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected to move through the area. Any storms we see have the potential to produce heavy rainfall, leading to scattered flash flooding. The best chance for heavy rain looks to come Sunday and Sunday night. If we get enough breaks in the clouds to develop instability, we could see a stronger storm with gusty winds Sunday afternoon, but heavy rain looks like more of a threat at this time. Highs will largely be in the low to mid-80s throughout the next seven days but may briefly dip down into the upper-70s Monday.

Mainly clear and starlit skies tonight with some patchy valley fog developing by morning. Lows into the upper 50s. Morning fog will burn off leading to great supply of sunshine for Tuesday. Temps bouncing back to around average; lower 80s. A few waves of Low pressure will move through this week, producing a few scattered showers and storms Wednesday through Friday with seasonal to slightly above average temps. We hang onto a few showers over the weekend as a nice little warmup starts to take shape by Sunday as high reach the mid 80s.

Early evening showers and storms come to an end for the overnight with some inland fog by morning. Mild and a bit muggy with lows into the upper 60s to around 70. After a mainly dry start to the day on Thursday, a few isolated showers and storms will develop for the afternoon. Humid with highs into the lower to mid 80s. We will continue to see storm chances through Friday and the weekend, into next week as temps remain seasonal with some muggy conditions. We will sneak in one dry next week on Wednesday.
