Prosecutors in New York on Wednesday urged a judge to reject Donald Trump 's bid to delay his impending criminal trial because of pre-trial

Judge Arthur Engoron presided over the civil fraud trial, brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James, in which former President Donald Trump and executives at his company were hit with a multimillion dollar judgment.

Trump was seeking documents he argued would show "collusion" between NBCUniversal and Daniels over the Peacock documentary "Stormy."
