MARTINSBURG—Bank officials, local business representatives and customers of BCT-Bank of Charles Town’s Martinsburg branch turned out Friday morning to celebrate the renovation of the branch office. An open house and ribbon cutting ceremony had guests seeing the final “refresh” that was underway for several weeks, bringing a bright and welcoming atmosphere to the offices that had not been renovated since they opened 23 years ago.
