Already used at other Shell locations for inland and maritime activities, the UAB-Online platform enhances safety and operational efficiency by incorporating its digital Ship/Shore Safety Check List and operational arrangements module. The SSSCL, aligned with ISGOTT 6 guidelines, ensures thorough safety compliance during vessel handling, while the operational arrangements module streamlines pre-arrival communications and preparations.

ONEOK, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its three wholly owned interstate natural gas pipeline systems to DT Midstream, Inc. for a cash consideration of $1.2 billion, subject to customary adjustments. The transaction, which has been unanimously approved by the boards of directors of both companies, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024, pending customary closing conditions, including Hart-Scott-Rodino Act clearance.

The terminal acquired from AWP was recently-built and has substantial capacity for future growth, providing a more economical and environmentally-friendly alternative to long-haul trucking.

CB&I, a subsidiary of McDermott, has announced the shipment of three out of five process assembly unit modules for Viva Energy Australia's Gasoline Masterplan Project. The modules were dispatched from CB&I's Kasemphol fabrication facility in Thailand and are en route to Viva Energy's Geelong refinery in Victoria, Australia. This marks the second shipment of modules from the Kasemphol facility, which plays a critical role in the development of Viva Energy's ultra-low sulphur gasoline plant.
