Tonight's Forecast: It will be chilly overnight in southern Colorado with overnight temperatures a few degrees above average.

Temperatures will be 10 degrees or more above average on Friday. It will be a great chance to get outside in Colorado before a weekend cold front.

Southern Colorado will be very cold overnight with icy or snowy roads in the morning after Tuesday's snowfall. Then the sunshine will be out to help melt the roads.

Another cold front is moving towards southern Colorado. It will move in early on Thursday morning and provide and cold and snowy day.

Temperatures will be very cold from Thursday night into Friday morning. Lows will drop into the single digits for much of the region, but the wind chill will feel below zero.

Southern Colorado will reach highs in the 30s and 40s on Saturday. The day begins with sunshine before a chance of snow showers returns for the afternoon and evening.

Tuesday's high temperatures will be cooler than average which continues a chilly trend that has been in place since Sunday. But warmer days are ahead this week.

Colorado will see warmer temperatures in the coming days until several cold fronts come through this weekend into early next week, bringing very cold temperatures.

Temperatures will be mild on Thursday before a strong cold front arrives on Friday night. This will bring very cold temperatures and snow for the weekend.

Southern Colorado will have another beautiful day on Tuesday with sunshine and seasonable temperatures. The next storm system is beginning to take shape.
