HOLLAND, Ohio — A construction worker was hospitalized with serious injuries Wednesday night after a semi truck struck a construction lift they were in in Holland, according to a Lucas County Sheriff's Office deputy.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey obtained a court order throwing out the Biden-Harris Administration’s “parole in place” (PIP) rule that would allow millions of illegal immigrants to circumvent the law and obtain permanent residency. He joined sixteen other states in the lawsuit.

The unit, formed in July, found that the DNA of a man convicted of five counts of rape in 2019 was not present on the underwear of the victim.
