Sunday will start off dry, but showers and thunderstorms will start to pop up by early evening and last until sunset. Outside of the rain, high temperatures will reach the mid 80s for most of the area with heat index values closer to the low 90s. Off and on rain continues into the week. We will be mostly dry with stray showers possible for Monday and Tuesday allowing temperatures to reach the upper 80s to low 90s. Heat index values will be in the mid 90s during this time. A cold front will move in bringing more widespread rain for Wednesday and Thursday. This will bring temperatures back into the mid 80s for the end of next week.
