SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Happy Thursday! We are expecting a mostly cloudy day today with temperatures likely rising to the upper 70s. Some locations may see more sunshine than others and those places could see the lower 80s for highs this afternoon. An isolated shower or two wouldn’t be surprising but the day will be mainly dry. The latest from the U.S. Drought Monitor shows significant improvement across the entire ArkLaTex and I expect that improvement again next week. Lows tonight will drop into the lower 60s with mostly cloudy skies.
