We’re going to see areas of fog and low clouds developing again this morning, especially further south in the Willamette Valley.

A seven-person jury said Multnomah County’s jail system is in crisis and jeopardizing public safety after they toured the facilities in October.

Today will be another mild day, with highs climbing into the mid 50s in the Portland metro area.

We’re going to start the day with some light showers today before drying out this afternoon.

Stormy weather continues this morning with heavy rain and strong winds.

We’re looking at more rain early this morning, but these showers should die down by a little later this morning and we will see scattered showers through the afternoon.

We are seeing showers and areas of drizzle this morning and will continue to see a few showers throughout the day.

It’s a dry start to the day, and most of our daytime hours should remain dry!

We are moving into a rainy period that will last for several days.

Expect more consistent rain through the morning, then this afternoon we’ll see scattered showers mixed with some sun breaks.
