First debuted during Paris Fashion Week in June last year, the accompanying campaign for Kim Jones’ Summer 2025 Dior Homme collection has just dropped. Inspired by the whimsical work of South African artist Hylton Nel, the sculptor’s core motifs are translated through Dior’s savoir-faire, seeing tailoring, knits and sweaters adorned with playful prints and constructed with ceramic fastenings. The large-scale ceramics that populated the show venue have been scaled down for the campaign as models stand atop pastel pedestals, carrying statues of cats surrounded by vibrant creatures from Nel’s practice.
