KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A developing low-pressure system, and front to the northwest will shift south and east through the next 24 hours. With enhanced instability severe weather activity has decided to balloon across the viewing area. Most of the region is now under a severe weather risk level one. This means isolated severe storms are possible with gusts up to 60+ miles per hour with moderately sized hail. There’s a small but unlikely opportunity for rotation.
