The Payne County Health Department voted unanimously Thursday to approve a tax incentive agreement for a data center complex to be constructed in Stillwater.

Stillwater residents now have the opportunity to see British artist Ralph Steadman’s work, an exhibit spanning 75 years and featuring 147 original artworks and collectible memorabilia.
