CYGNI: All Guns Blazing is looking to do some interesting things in an often overlooked genre, and I had a blast playing through a few of its stages. If you've gotten bored of playing the arcade classics and are looking for a fresh shmup with interesting ideas then you'll want to keep an eye on CYGNI when it releases next month.

It's no one trick pony though, with a massive world to explore, loads of monsters to collect and so much to do. Yaoling: Mythical Journey is the total package, and even in early access is well worth jumping into.

Arranger: A Role-Puzzling Adventure is an engaging puzzle game full of heart, charm and a whole lot of variety.

A Star Names EOS is an enjoyable puzzle game with a cool photography theme, but a lack of hints and slightly nauseating story drag it down.

Ogu and the Secret Forest is an adorable take on the tried and tested Zelda formula, with varied gameplay and loads of hats to wear.

Thank Goodness You're Here is beyond funny, it's one of the most laugh out loud hilarious games ever made that simply must be played.

Magical Delicacy is a charming cosy crafting game, and despite a lack of guidance this cooking adventure will tantalise your tastebuds.

Based on what I've played, the Ace Attorney Investigations Collection is another must play game in the Ace Attorney series for both new and returning fans. Edgeworth is a fantastic protagonist that brings a lot to the series, and getting to experience a full new game makes this bundle all the better. Soon we'll have every single Ace Attorney game available on all our modern consoles, and that just warms this young lawyer's heart.
