The owner of the Chaffee County Times, O’Rourke Media Group, is exploring and considering a sale of our office building at 209 E. Main Street in Buena Vista. This sale does not include the newspaper, website or other assets of the business. Currently, the building is just too big for our business needs. We only have three employees who work out of this office regularly, leaving much of the space unused.
