In 2025, an annual $2,000 out-of-pocket cap will keep costs low for Medicare enrollees on drugs covered by Part D plans. A payment plan will allow enrollees to pay for their drugs in capped monthly installments, while a drop in the number of standalone Part D drug plans will mean fewer choices for enrollees.
