Before you question who would pay close to seven times the value of a car just because of its previous owner, let’s look at history. This isn’t the first time that someone’s selling an exotic car that listed US President Donald J Trump as its first owner. Trump’s 1997 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster sold for a record-setting $1.1 million last year, around three times its market value.
