About 60 Bethany Beach residents, unhappy that town leaders rescheduled the Fourth of July Parade to Labor Day due to a high-heat advisory for Friday, July 3, are organizing their own parade, meeting at 9 Pennsylvania Avenue at noon on Friday, and they're inviting the public to join them.
