Insomnia Cookies sets third Memphis location.

The new restaurant features a menu blending traditional toppings with flavors like paneer tikka and masala.

The East Memphis location's menu is set to be "substantially expanded" from what is offered Downtown, including additional sandwiches, soups, salads, breads, and an extensive pastry selection.

The Children & Youth Crisis Wellness Center was designed with intention. The idea was to carve out a therapeutic space.

The bakery is moving to a site twice the size of its Overton Square location. The new space will allow expanded wholesale production and community events.

Sandefer works with a network of card dealers across the region. He says his customer base spans sneakerheads and card collectors.

The redesign responds to years of student requests for gathering spaces. It's expected to be finished by fall 2026.
