RIDGWAY — If you're looking to golf at famous courses around the world, such as the Old Course at St. Andrews, Royal Troon, Liberty National, Bethesda Country Club, Medinah Country Club and Quail Hollow Club, you can actually do so while staying in the Tri-County Area.

Friday and Saturday is set for the opening first round of the boys and girls PIAA basketball champions. As we saw in 2023, this year also has nine Tri-County Area teams taking part. But while last season saw five boys teams and four girls teams, that number is reversed this season as the girls have five and the boys four.

The Crow’s Nest also offers a spacious lounge for those not wanting to play golf or for those awaiting their turn.
