Many years ago, when electric vehicles were almost non-existent on American interstates, highways, and streets, I attended some EV ride-and-drive events.
We typically don't post much about the Toyota bZ4X, Toyota's all-electric compact SUV. Most reports say it hasn't sold that well, perhaps due to average range and charging speed.
Toyota has reduced the cost of the bZ4X by up to $6000 for 2025, to just under $39,000.
The base model hatchback costs $8,000 US dollars and there is a premium version for $12,000. Three LFP battery pack options are available.
