Yesterday ( Jan-21 ) the morning low was -19 Below Zero with Wind-Chills at -35 Below while same time this Wednesday morning temperatures were 35 to 40 degrees Warmer in the Twin Cities.

Today's Weather in the Twin Cities will be Cold but skies will be Mostly Sunny and Winds will be only from the West-Northwest at 5 to 15 mph so Wind-Chill this afternoon will not be a major factor.

Snow has ended now in the Twin Cities with Snow Amounts ranging from 2″ to 3″ in the northern suburbs to about 1″ inside the I-494/I-694 loop including Mpls and St.Paul and 1″ or less in the suburbs south of the Minnesota River.
