Some importers have reportedly received tariff refunds from the Trump administration. Distributors are asking whether any of that money will come back to them.

In the same week that refunds are being issued to importers for the IEEPA tariffs SCOTUS deemed illegal in February, the tariffs issued just after that ruling have now been rejected in federal court as well.
