The panel discussion followed the release of Craft Spirits Magazine’s annual Top Tasting Rooms list, which recognized 46 distilleries nationwide for their design, atmosphere, inclusivity, storytelling and community impact. Alpine Distilling, founded by Park City-couple Sarah and Rob Sergent, joined the list alongside distilleries from across the country.

Together, the two Utah natives, now Park City residents, have worked together on retreats for the past 13 years, designing multi-day events that include art experiences and equine coaching sessions meant to help participants slow down in a world they say often feels overstimulated and disconnected.

Now, as the growing season returns to the Wasatch Back, the regenerative farm at The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection is expanding its lineup of events all centered around the farm as a hub for community.

With the opening of their Kamas farm stand last year and the addition of a market garden in the fall, they now have a robust slate of opportunities to put on community events. So, that’s what they’ve done.
