A motorcyclist has died from injuries suffered nearly a week ago when he was struck by an SUV during the morning rush hour for workers near Strip casinos.

There are more than 200 missing and more than 300 unidentified individuals in the state of Nevada, according to a news release from the Clark County coroner's office.

Fire and police department investigators are investigating the Tuesday afternoon fire near Losee Road and West Cheyenne Avenue.

Roger Rothhaar was found Sept. 11 by a pedestrian in a desert area across from the VA Center near East Deer Springs Way and North Palmer Street, according to the county.

The arrest resulted from two investigations in which the suspect allegedly held female victims against their will and sexually assaulted them.

The homicide occurred July 31 on the 1700 block of Ingram Street after police responded to a welfare check at a residence.
