We are issuing a First Alert Day for Thursday as there is a threat of isolated strong to severe storms for the area. Thursday will start quietly with a mix of sun and clouds and afternoon highs in the low to mid-80s.

Seasonal temperatures continue on Wednesday and Thursday with highs in the mid to upper 70s. Cooler, more fall-like air will move into the Upper Midwest by the weekend. Between Friday and Sunday, temperatures are only expected to manage the mid to upper 60s, which is below normal for this time of the year.

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – We are starting the weekend off on a chilly note with morning temperatures in the low 40s. Conditions will remain fall-like today with afternoon highs in the mid to upper 60s. In addition to widespread sunshine, winds will be light out of the south at 3-8 mph.
