Pero's playful summer collection, Doodles, has its roots in a simple thought. “We kept returning to the idea of a child drawing without hesitation. Before children learn about perfection, they simply respond. They draw because they are present in the moment. They cover paper, walls, clothes and sometimes even themselves with colour and imagination. There is an honesty in that instinct that we found incredibly beautiful. With Doodles, we wanted our garments to feel almost like those surfaces waiting to be discovered,” says Aneeth Arora, founder-designer of the much-feted label.

Designer Payal Singhal' s latest collection, Shahnameh, is an evolution of her design language. “This one feels like our most refined yet. While we've always celebrated Indian craftsmanship through a contemporary lens, this collection strips away excess and focuses on clean silhouettes, thoughtful detailing, and effortless versatility,” says Payal.

Vani Vats' latest collection Ziya is a fabulous cocktail couture edit that explores contemporary occasion dressing through sculpted silhouettes, fluid drapes, and modern separates alongside classic Indian occasion wear. The colour palette moves between soft, luminous shades like nude, ash pink, and powder blue, and deeper evening tones, including black and ink blue. Surface ornamentation is central to the collection, with intricate hand-applied cutdana embroidery, liquid glitter work, crystal embellishments and their signature cascading tassels. Alongside lehengas and draped silhouettes, Vani has introduced bandeau bustiers paired with high-waisted flared trousers and statement dupattas, offering a fresh interpretation of cocktail couture. Homegrown label Tilfi unveils Vanam Leela, a collection that reinterprets a centuries-old artistic tradition rooted in the sacred landscape of Vrindavan. It employs the precise hand-cut stencil art of Sanjhi, an intricate paper-cutting practice that emerged in Mathura and Vrindavan between the 15th and 16th centuries.
