A chat with Vachira Chatbhuti, EVP - People and Culture, Frasers Property (Thailand) on what a 'One Frasers One Platform One Culture' approach means to the team.

Initiatives announced include the launch of a Governance Talents Development Programme to further develop governance capabilities of officers at leadership ranks, and near- and long-term measures to strengthen the training of local workers.

An example is the organisation's EX platform, which ensures the entire workforce remains connected – whether it's a forklift driver, warehouse worker, delivery driver, expert, customer service agent, manager, or board executive.

From 1 November 2024, platform operators will be able to voluntarily notify the Ministry of Manpower of their status as a Platform Operator; while older platform workers can start to opt in to increased CPF contributions.

She will be committed to crafting programmes that build a collaborative environment and nurture talent, playing a pivotal role in SKIL's plans for both national and international expansion.
